Refund Policy

At Trentify Digital LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services.
Due to the nature of our work, the following refund terms apply:

1. Non-Refundable Services

All services provided are digital and labor-based.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• No partial refunds are issued for active billing cycles.
• Website deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Services

• Monthly services may be canceled with 15 days written notice via email.
• Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

3. Client Inactivity

If a Client becomes inactive for more than 30 days
(failure to provide content, approvals, or access),
the project may be placed on hold and no refund will be issued.

4. Chargebacks

By purchasing services, the Client agrees to contact Trentify Digital LLC first
to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks after services begin may be considered a breach of agreement.
