Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Trentify Digital LLC. By purchasing services, approving a proposal, signing an agreement, or submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Trentify Digital LLC provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Local SEO and search engine optimization
• Social media management
• Digital marketing consulting

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Agreement Formation

A legally binding agreement is formed when:

• A proposal or invoice is approved
• Payment is submitted
• Email confirmation is received
• A written agreement is signed

By submitting payment, the Client confirms they are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Monthly services are billed in recurring cycles.
• Website projects may require deposits or milestone payments.
• Hosting, domain registration, and third-party software fees are separate unless stated in writing.
• Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide required content, materials, and account access within 14 days of project start.
• Maintain communication via email.
• Avoid engaging competing marketing providers during active service without written notice.

Delays caused by lack of communication or access do not qualify for refunds.

5. Project Timelines & Delays

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

• Scope changes
• Client approval delays
• Third-party platform issues
• Hosting or domain provider problems

Trentify Digital LLC is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

6. Performance Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges:

• SEO rankings and marketing results are not guaranteed.
• Search engine algorithms and competition are outside our control.
• Business outcomes may vary depending on market conditions.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, code, designs, and proprietary systems remain the property of Trentify Digital LLC until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-transferable license to use final deliverables for business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trentify Digital LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruptions
• Ranking fluctuations
• Third-party platform failures
• Hosting downtime

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
